At the MYC Annual Meeting on December 1, the following officers and directors were elected to the board:

Rear Commodore: Mrs. Marily J. Cotter Tucker
Fleet Captain: Mr. R. Wayne Turner
Fleet Surgeon: Mr. Thornton M. "Tim" Hill, Jr.
Secretary: Mr. M. Godwin Jones
Treasurer: Capt. Davie S. Cottrell
Directors: Mr. Michael W. Francisco, Mr. George T. Overstreet, Mr. Joseph M. Perdue, Mr. C. H. "Sonny" Richardson, Jr.

Their terms of office began January 1, 2012.
